Climate-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen
For climate-neutral delivery with DHL GoGreen within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 4.90 Euros per order.
For orders over 39€, shipping within Germany is free.
We currently also ship to the following countries:
France
Netherlands
Luxembourg
Belgium
Switzerland
Portugal
Shipping costs for these countries are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Unless another deadline is specified, the delivery time within Germany is 2-3 business days after successful payment. We pack your parcels from Tuesday to Friday and try to ship them as quickly as possible.
When packaging your goods, we also make sure to avoid plastic and unnecessary paper. For this reason, no invoice is enclosed with the package, but you can request it at any time by email.
Pickup in store
Are you from Eschweiler or nearby and would like to pick up your order directly from our store? No problem! We will prepare your online order for you free of charge and notify you when it is ready for pickup. To do this, simply select "Pickup in store" during the ordering process. You can then pick up your order during our regular opening hours.
Returns Processing
If you are not satisfied with the items in an order, you can return them to us within 30 days. The goods must be unworn and in their original packaging, and the tags must not have been removed. Please include your name and/or order number with the return so that we can process it correctly.
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the value of the returned goods or the invoice amount as quickly as possible using the same method of payment you used for your purchase.
Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by you.
